Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit compelling blog posts, articles, social media content, and website copy.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop informative and engaging content.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using relevant keywords and formatting techniques.
  • Proofread and polish content to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Word, Google Docs, and social media platforms.

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and post-sale follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for travel.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Position: Associate – Sales
Location: Delhi
Experience Level: 0-2 years
Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/-

  • Drive sales by actively engaging with individual travelers, groups, and travel agents to promote The Unbound’s offerings.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Present and explain travel packages, customized itineraries, and group tours tailored to customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
